If you haven't seen this mixtape before then therse a few things you need to know. This is no where near anything what "Tha Carter IV" or even "I'm Not A Human Being - EP" will be like. None of these songs will make it, they are all outdated and some of them are even blends. "Weezy Who" is not a real collab by Lil Wayne and Eminem, its just Lil Wayne's verse from "Haterz" and Eminem's verse from "You Don't Know". This was just a original unofficial mixtape from 2009 that was called "Tha Carter IV" with all of these tracks. You can still check it out, one of the only links to the tape I could find.
